If for any reason you are not satisfied with any service offered by Expor-tec, you can claim a refund. However, you must take into account what is established in this Policy in order to proceed with the refund.
Order Confirmation and Service Delivery
When you have correctly placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the order number and the manner in which the Service will be provided. We will take care of everything necessary to fulfill the Services you contracted in a timely and proper manner to your satisfaction.
At Expor-tec, we continue to work to respond to current events, while remaining committed to the safety of our employees and customer community as a top priority. When providing our services, we are taking and expanding all necessary professional and safety measures at all times, and we do everything possible to ensure that our services are of the highest quality.
Refund Request
It is important to mention that refunds will not be possible if: (i) you have received the contracted services as stipulated in your Order and are satisfied with them, or (ii) if you change your mind after receiving the service, a refund will not be processed because Expor-tec has fulfilled the service provision as agreed, and (iii) more than 180 days have passed since the service was delivered.
For a refund, you must submit a Refund Request by sending an email to atencion@expor-tec.com, clearly stating the reason for your refund. Expor-tec will receive your request, and subsequently, send you a Refund Form which you must complete and return to the aforementioned email address. Once the Refund Form is submitted, Expor-tec will process the refund request as soon as possible within a reasonable time frame. Response times may vary depending on the reasons for the refund and the workload. In any case, you will be notified of the outcome of your request.
Expor-tec is confident that you will love all the services you contract. We offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee of 15 to 30 days to all Customers depending on the type of payment used in the original transaction, whether by credit or debit card.
