According to the Law, every individual has the right to exercise the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data. Each letter represents a specific right: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.

A - ACCESS

The data subject has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, information about their personal data being processed by the data controller, the origin of such data, and the communications made or planned with them.

R - RECTIFICATION

The data subject has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data being processed.

C - CANCELLATION

The data subject has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, the cancellation of their personal data when the processing does not comply with the Law or when such data are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.
