Expor-tec is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of our clients. In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we provide the following Privacy Notice:

Identity of the Responsible Party

SERVICIOS ADM BS S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, “Expor-tec”), is a company legally constituted under Mexican law and is domiciled in Mexico City.

Purposes for the Processing of Your Personal Data

Your personal information will be used for the following main purposes, which are necessary to provide our products and services:

• Identify and contact you.
• Integrate your file as a client or prospective client and register you in our systems.
• Verify that there are no conflicts of independence with our employees or companies.
• Provide the products and services you contract with us and fulfill the obligations contracted with you.
• Comply with applicable regulations.
• Carry out processes related to billing.
• If applicable, conduct collection activities.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

At Expor-tec, we do not transfer personal data, except as provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Retention Period

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary unless you decide to discontinue and cancel it.

Security Measures to Protect Your Personal Information 

Your personal information will be kept under strict confidentiality, and to reasonably prevent its misuse or unauthorized disclosure, we have implemented physical, technical, and administrative security measures, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

In particular, we have a privacy policy, training courses for our employees, restricted access to personal information only to authorized users, a privacy officer, an inventory of personal data (properly classified by category), treatment systems, risk analysis, and contractual clauses.

Exercise of Rights and Revocation of Consent

Under the terms allowed by applicable regulations, you may access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, object to its processing, as well as revoke at any time the consent you have given us by sending an email to the following address: atencion@expor-tec.com.

Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties

What are ARCO rights?

According to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, these are the rights that every person can exercise in relation to the processing of their personal data. Each acronym represents a different right: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.

What ARCO rights can I exercise?

A - ACCESS

The data subject has the right to request and obtain free information about their personal data subjected to processing by the responsible party of the repository where they are stored, as well as the origin of such data, and the communications made or planned to be made with them.

R - RECTIFICATION

The data subject has the right to request and obtain free rectification of their inaccurate or incomplete personal data subjected to processing by the responsible party.

C - CANCELLATION

The data subject has the right to request and obtain free cancellation of their personal data when the processing does not comply with the provisions of the LFPDPPP or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or registered by the responsible party.

O - OPPOSITION
Usted puede solicitarnos que no utilicemos sus datos personales para fines específicos o bien a no ser objeto de una decisión basada únicamente en el tratamiento automatizado de sus datos (elaboración de perfiles automatizados).

You can request that we do not use your personal data for specific purposes or not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your data (automated profiling). You can exercise this right when you believe that the processing of your personal data, even if lawful, causes you harm due to your particular circumstances. Specify in the section marked with double asterisks the purpose or purposes to which you object.

Additionally, if you believe that the processing of your data causes you harm, explain your reasons.

REV - REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You can revoke the consent you gave us for the processing of your personal data, either entirely or exclusively for some purposes. Specify in the section marked with double asterisks whether the revocation is total or only for some purposes.

L - DATA LIMITATION

You can request to be included in our “Advertising Exclusion List” to ensure that your information is not used for marketing or advertising purposes.

P - PORTABILITY

This is the right you have to receive your personal data that you have provided to the firm in a structured, commonly used, and electronically readable format and to request that it be transmitted to another data controller.

Mechanisms to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Data 

In addition to the procedure contemplated in the previous section, you can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data through the Tool, to not receive promotional information about our services. 

Modifications to Privacy Notices

Expor-tec may unilaterally modify and/or update this privacy notice, informing you of any changes or updates when you enter our facilities, as well as through our website.
