REFUND POLICY - EXPORTEC<\/b><\/h2>

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any service provided by ExporTec<\/b>, you may request a refund; however, you must take into account the provisions established in this Policy in order to proceed with the refund.<\/p>

Order Confirmation and Service Delivery<\/b><\/p>

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details on how the service will be carried out. We will take care of everything necessary to fulfill your order in a timely and proper manner, ensuring that the services you have contracted meet your expectations.<\/p>

Please note that refunds will not be possible under the following circumstances:\n(i) You have received the contracted services in accordance with the terms specified in your Order and are satisfied with them; or\n(ii) You change your mind after having received the service\u2014no refund will be processed, as ExporTec<\/b> has fulfilled the service as agreed; and\n(iii) A period of 180 days has passed since the service was delivered.<\/p>

To request a refund, you must submit a Refund Request by sending an email to atencion@expor-tec.com, clearly stating the reason for your refund. ExporTec<\/b> will receive your request and then send you a Refund Form, which you must complete and return to the aforementioned email address. ExporTec<\/b> will process your refund request as soon as possible within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on the reason for the refund and the current workload. In all cases, you will be notified of the outcome of your request.<\/p>
